Pic of the Day – Coastline Observation

PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan. 1, 2011) Engineman 2nd Class Angel Fix looks at the coastline of an island in the Philippines from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) as the ship transits the Bohol Sea. Lincoln is in the 7th Fleet area of operations (AOO) as part of a deployment to the western Pacific and Indian Oceans en route to support coalition efforts in the 5th Fleet AOO.
