Pic of the Day – Graduation

PORT LOUIS, Mauritius (Sept. 9, 2011) Members of the Mauritius Police Force Coast Guard receive certificates during a graduation ceremony aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG 58) for completing advanced classes on shipboard damage control, fire fighting, and electrical maintenance administered by Roberts Sailors as part of their involvement with Africa Partnership Station (APS) East. APS is an international security cooperation initiative facilitated by Commander, US Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
